The Strongest Magician in the Demon Lord’s Army Was a Human episode 3, titled “Traitor,” begins with Alistair asking Ike to reveal his identity while holding him at knifepoint. With the help of a magic spell, Ike freezes Alistair and the human army guards.
Later, Ike confronts Alistair and tells her he works for the Demon Lord, which is why he cannot be human. He asks her if she sent an assassin to kill him, but Alistair refuses to answer. However, using a mind-reading spell, Ike realizes she has no hand in the assassination attempt.
Ike returns home to Satie with a bag of rice and asks her to cook it. With Jiron’s help, Ike gathers his army since he suspects someone from the army is a traitor. Using his mind-reading spell, he finds out the traitor is Jace and informs Cefiro of the same.
