The episode starts with King Gazel receiving an invitation from Rimuru to attend the founder festival. Despite the protest of his vassals, he agrees to attend. Meanwhile, Rimuru thinks about making the festival a hit event to bring people back to Tempest. Rimuru then notices Ramiris arguing with Gobkyuu.
Rimuru questions Ramiris about her intentions. She tells him that her labyrinth is boring and wants to move to Jura to enjoy all it offers. Elsewhere, in Sairon, Elrad gives Emperess Elmesia an invitation from Rimuru for the festival. Elmesia argues with the archduke over his decision not to take her to Tempest. She reprimands the duke after learning of the situation concerning the ongoing highway.
