Oblivion Battery Episode 12 (Finale) Preview Photos Highlights The Teams Trust in Kei

Following Chihaya’s decision to trust Kei with the match in the previous episode, Oblivion Battery Episode 12 will see Kei try to do his best to help Kotesashi win the game. The episode will also reveal the team’s plan for the future after the match.

Oblivion Battery Episode 11 recap

The episode continues where the previous one left off, with Chihaya reflecting on his current flaws. Meanwhile, the rest of the team struggles to deal with the loss of Commander Kei and the sudden momentum shift. Yamada tries to cheer everyone up with a pep talk but struggles to convince himself to.

Kei manages to lighten up the mood. He then asks Chihaya what the problem is, but the latter avoids it. The episode then went on to reveal Chihaya’s past and how his insecurities about his stature affected him. His lack of self-confidence caused him to invent the trickery and tactics he is famous for today.

The flashback revealed that Chihayas’s actual flaw was trusting in his team. This is evident as he tries to do everything possible to stop Kei from entering and costing them the match. However, after seeing everyone change, he tried to change, challenging Makoto with an overswing before finally giving up the hit to allow Kei to enter the pitch.
