The episode kicked off where the previous one left off, with Shin and Rionne arriving in the Holy Lands. Shin is thrilled to see Rionne bring the skull-face sword, as he still insists on hiding his abilities from her. He tries to escape the ruins by going above but notices he keeps returning to the starting position.
Shin then informs Rionne that the entire city is a dungeon. Meanwhile, Tiera and Schnee continued on their journey to meet them. They encounter numerous monsters but make it through easily thanks to his quick knowledge of the game and Rionne’s sword skills. However, they come across a creature that seems to be an ice griffin.
After numerous tries, they defeat the beast with fantastic teamwork. The group then leaves the city, planning to reunite with Schnee and Tiera in Valmer. The episode ends with Shin and Rionne seeing an undead horde heading straight for Valmer.
