Go! Go! Loser Ranger! episode 8 recap
The latest episode starts by seeing D utilize Ranmaru’s tech skills to cleverly steal the key back from Yukino. Elsewhere, Lord Peltrola ravages through the base, killing everyone in his sight. Komachi tries to save one of the people there but is caught by Lord Peltrola.
He offers her a chance to surrender, considering her short stature and weak body, but she refuses. Komachi unleashes her artifact and fights him. Meanwhile, Ranmaru confronts D, revealing that he knows his secret but will still help him. The cadets try to convince Shippou to come back to fight, but he is disheartened over his loss.
They then reveal that Nadeshiko has already left, which restores his confidence. Ranmaru ponders his next move and finds Komachi face-to-face with Lord Peltrola. He manages to help her escape the boss monster but is shot through the chest.
Lord Peltrola then retreats to recover from the injuries he sustained from Komachi. The final battle begins, and XX decides to disguise herself as Ranmaru and participate. D gains the upper hand against Shion thanks to Ranmaru tweaking his weapon. Besides, he gains a significant advantage. The episode ends with Shion accidentally unlocking the same feature from his weapon.
