Naruto: Sasuke Uchiha’s Greatest Crimes

The Naruto franchise is still one of the most popular series today, thanks to its memorable characters. Among these characters, Sasuke Uchiha is a name that is a hot topic of discussion among fans. Sasuke Uchiha’s path in Naruto has been one of the series’ most critical talking points. The young Uchiha prodigy’s path was anything but rosy. After witnessing his brother slaughter his parents and his entire clan, Sasuke lived for the sole purpose of getting revenge against Itachi. However, his path to revenge made him mistake the morals his parents once held dear. In that regard, Sasuke Uchiha’s greatest crimes are listed here.

Leaving his village and becoming a rogue ninja

After a run-in with Itachi at the hospital, Sasuke’s character saw a dramatic swing in nature. This culminated in a horrific clash with Naruto on the roof of the hospital. Sensing his rival was growing more powerful, Sasuke sought power and turned to Orochimaru for guidance. He accepted Orochimaru’s offer and left the village with the sound of four, turning him into a rogue ninja. One of the reasons for the kill-on-sight order not being activated was Tsunade’s affection for Naruto.

Joining the Akatsuki

After killing Itachi, Sasuke learns the truth behind Itachi’s decision to massacre the clan and the Leaf Village’s involvement. This led him to join the Akatsuki, which was already revered as the top criminal organization in the series. Under the Akatsuki, Sasuke’s personality took a darker turn and took steps to help them resurrect ten tails.

Attempting to Capture Killer Bee

The Akatsuki, whose main goal was to revive the ten tails, needed the chakra from the nine-tailed beasts. Sasuke then begins to capture Killer Bee, the eight-tail Jinchuriki. In addition to being a master swordsman, Killer B was a perfect Jinchuriki who had access to all the chakra in the Eight-Tails. Sasuke’s battle against Bee is still one of the most decent one-on-one matches. While the mission wasn’t a success, it wasn’t a failure either, as he was able to retrieve a portion of his chakra.

Attacking the Kage Summit

After learning only the partial truth from Obito, Sasuke set his sights on Danzo, who was the temporary hostage at the time. This led him to attack the five-kage summit in the land of iron. While the endeavor did seem rather brash and stupid, he was able to slaughter countless samurai and even permanently maim the Raikage. Following the horrific incidents, Sasuke was then branded as an international criminal. However, his quest didn’t stop at the summit, as he chased down and murdered Danzo.

His Delusional Post-War Ninja World

After successfully sealing Kaguya with the help of Naruto and Sakura, Sasuke refused to release the Tsukuyomi. He uses his new sage powers to seal the tailed beasts and the other kage. He then planned to rule over the world and change their idyllic system by killing the five kage and the tailed beasts, representing the old world. While his ideas weren’t completely wrong, they weren’t right, as they would only repeat Madara’s actions. However, his plans are stopped by Uzumaki Naruto, who once again brings him into the light.
