Tsukimichi: Moonlit Fantasy season 2 episode 14 recap
Tsukimichi: Moonlit Fantasy season 2 episode 14 was titled “I’m Not a Fan of High Society,” and revealed how uncomfortable Makoto is among people from the higher class. The episode marks the second day of the Academy Festival at Rotsgard, and Makoto witnesses a lunch party at which students are assessed on their manners and etiquette.
Later, Kahara Sairitsu, accompanied by demons as her bodyguards, who are disguised as humans, approaches Makoto. She reveals that she has come from Laurel and that Laurel aims to protect the sages, who are typically otherworldly people. However, Makoto denies knowing of any such thing and denies being a sage. A disheartened Kahara then exits and meets Princess Lily. This encounter reveals their hostility toward each other.
Subsequently, the parents of the Rembrandt sisters talk to Makoto. Amid the conversation, Ilumgand Hopleys arrives to interrupt the conversation rudely. He threatens to harm his students during the Academy tournament, raising concern for the Rembrandts.
Although Makoto reassures them, he remains wary of the situation and asks his students to mentally prepare themselves. He asks them to avoid using their special abilities and use them at the end as “trump cards” to catch their enemies off-guard. When the tournament begins, Hopleys’ influence is shown when he puts Makoto’s students against one another in the challenge.
