The Misfit of Demon King Academy season 2 part 2 is scheduled to premiere on April 12, 2024. The official staff of the anime series confirmed this news. Also, a teaser trailer was recently released with the broadcast details, a new promotional video, key visuals, and new cast members for the second cour.
Silver Link produced this series, and the second cour of season 2 will also be animated by the same production. This season debuted on January 8, 2023. The release date of the second season was pushed back because of complications due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The official website for The Misfit of Demon King Academy season 2 streamed the promotional video for the upcoming second cour. This clip featured the new opening theme song, “Maou,” by BURNOUT SYNDROMES and Nao Toyama. It also revealed the ending theme song, “Shingetsu,” which will be performed by Tomori Kusunoki.
The second cour of season 2 will debut on April 12 on local television networks such as Tokyo MX, Tochigi TV, Gunma TV, and BS11 at 12:00 a.m. JST.
The video also featured three new characters named Ahid Alovo Agartz, Militia, and Arcana. The voice cast for these characters has been announced as well. Toshihiki Seki, Aoi Yuki, and Nao Toyama will voice these characters.
Aside from the promotional trailer, a brand new key visual was also released for this series’ second season. The illustration centers on the protagonist, Anos Voldigoad, surrounded by Sasha and Misha Necron. It also hints towards the upcoming Selection Judgment arc in the second cour, with Arcana in the background.
