Ruby asks Aqua to refer to her as Sarina-Chan and act as Doctor Gorou. However, Aqua, clearly uncomfortable with the idea, attempts to distract Ruby. Aqua then tries to get a hold of the situation when he realizes that his being Gorou in his past life did not change his current personality. He is now a much somber man compared to his former goofy self. Ruby reveals that she faced a similar situation, but having a favorite person, who she refers to as her Oshi, helped her through it.
Ruby expresses her gratitude to Aqua for being her Oshi and helping her find meaning and happiness in life. She also confesses that, as Sarina, the first man she fell for was Gorou. After claiming that she is Aqua’s all-affirming otaku, she kisses Aqua. The following day, they kiss each other in the film scene and the chapter ends there.

Although Ruby seemed completely okay with the controversial situation, Kana, Miyako, and Mem-Cho expressed their discomfort with such an event that involved a brother and a sister kissing each other, even for the sake of a movie.
