The Witch and the Beast episode 5 recap
The Witch and the Beast episode 5 starts by shedding some light on the rogue necromancer who appeared in the preceding episodes. His past revealed that he wanted to resurrect his dead wife, and he wanted her to become a pretty woman. As the episode returns to the current timeline, the necromancer calls for Phanora and the police officer in his villa. He revealed that to meet his desire, he required Phanora’s beauty.
When things began to escalate, Phanora revealed that she was a necromancer and a witch. With this, she called for her troops of undead knights. Ultimately, the necromancer tried to run away, and he realized that Johan, while being undead, was not under the necromancer’s control. This was because a witch turned him into an undead.
Johan inflicts torture on the necromancer, only for Phanora to arrive later and turn him undead. In her true glory, Phanora stabs the undead necromancer with her nails and tells the police officer that she will bring his wife back to life.
