The previous chapter of Yusuke Murata’s masterpiece follows Flashy Flash and Sonic as they make quick work of the heavenly ninja party. It also shows the rise of The Great One, now known as Empty Void. The chapter titled Genjutsu starts with him casting a genjutsu where it looks like their blood has been sucked out. But Flash and Sonic noticed and took the fight to it.
Empty Void, who is now filled with cosmic power, pulls out a mysterious cube, the same cube that was in the facility’s basement. He uses it to create more potent illusions and sends Flash and Sonic to deal with their fears. Inside, Flash is confronted with a scene where he and Sonic promise to run away and create their own village.
One thing many fans can agree on is that Flash is brilliant, and it won’t be long before he busts out.
