Aniplex recently released the Mashle: Magic and Muscles season 2 trailer with English subtitles. From the clip, it can be seen that the upcoming season will trace the Divine Visionary Selection Exam arc from the manga. The series is scheduled to premiere as part of the Winter 2024 season.
This arc will feature Mash competing against powerful mages from around the country to acquire the title of Divine Visionary. The video also introduces some brand new characters, including the mysterious Divine Visionary candidates and the dangerous death row inmates who have escaped from Hecatrice Prison.

On November 18, 2023, Mashle: Magic and Muscles season 2 released the English-subbed version of the new trailer. We’ve also received a key visual the previous week. The official account of the anime and manga series took to YouTube and X (formerly known as Twitter) to upload the trailer and the key visual.
The trailer also revealed the release window for the upcoming season. Mashle: Magic and Muscles season 2 will debut sometime in January 2024.
The key visual for the upcoming series features Mash Burnedead at the center of the image. He might appear calm and expressionless for most of the plot, but the image presents him as more severe than usual. We also see the face of Easton Magic Academy’s headmaster, Wahlberg Baigan, at the top of the image.
