The official website for Bottom-Tier Character Tomozaki just unveiled new key visuals for the second season, dubbed as 2nd Stage, along with theme songs by DIALOGUE+. Based on Yūki Yaku’s light novel of the same name, this is a popular series among anime lovers.
The title of the opening theme of the series is “Easy? Hard? But Let’s Move On!”. And, the title of the ending theme is “Because It’s Not Someone.” DIALOGUE+ is performing both of these pieces. They had previously provided theme songs for the first season as well.

Season 2 of the Bottom-Tier Character Tomozaki series will star the titular character, Fumiya Tomozaki, challenging the seemingly unbeatable boss queen of high school life, Aoi Hinami. The staff confirmed that the renewal is planned for Winter 2024. This implies it will air in January on the AT-X, Tokyo MX, and BS11 channels in Japan.
There weren’t any prominent updates on the production of season 2 from Shogakukan, Square Enix, or Project No. 9. However, confirmation of the production of the second season came in January 2022. Soon after came the confirmation of the release date for Bottom-Tier Character Tomozaki season 2.
The second season of the anime will witness the return of the initial cast and production team. Shinsuke Yanagi, known for directing “Angel’s 3Piece” and “The Ryuo’s Work Is Never Done!,” will lead the second season at project No.9. Fumihiko Shimo, who managed series scripts for “The Ryuo’s Work Is Never Done!” and “Myriad Colors Phantom World,” will be back in his role. Also, Akane Yano will be undertaking the character designs for this series. He has also worked on projects like “The Ryuo’s Work Is Never Done!” and “High School Prodigies Have It Easy Even In Another World.”
The anime first debuted in Winter 2021. Funimation streamed the anime in subtitles as well as English-dub versions.
