The Dangers in My Heart Season 2 release date, plot, and more
The Dangers in My Heart released a teaser trailer for Season 2 on the official channel of NUMAnimation on YouTube.
The series will debut somewhere near January 2024. The teaser revealed key visuals for the upcoming season featuring the main couple, Anna Yamada and Kyotaro Ichikawa, their classmates, and some new characters.
The anime series is based on the manga released in 2018, written and illustrated by Norio Sakurai. Seven Seas Entertainment has undertaken the series in English. Viewers can stream this anime on HIDIVE and Bilibili. The latter describes the anime’s plot as, “Kyoutaro Ichikawa may appear like a typical middle schooler, but his heart is filled with murderous fantasies. It is, therefore, not surprising that Anna Yamada, the class idol, is constantly in his thoughts as the person he wants to kill the most. He unintentionally starts a meeting with Yamada while reading alone in his favorite school library, and she shows up to sneakily feast on her favorite candies and sweets.
Via their conversations, Ichikawa learns how much of a ditz Yamada is and is forced to cheer her on from the sidelines. Yamada herself can’t help but tease Ichikawa nonstop because of his agitated responses. The distant connection between the two deepens into something more than just library acquaintances due to various touching daily interactions. Ichikawa might eventually understand that his violent fantasies have changed into something entirely else.”
