Spy x Family Season 2 premiered on October 7, 2023, leaving the Forger fans wanting more, owing to its found-family trope mixed with spy action and comedy.
The first two episodes of the anime represent the Cruise Adventure arc, wherein the Forger family is seen going on a lavish adventure on a cruise. This vacation seems all fun and games, but Anya and Loid are at risk of getting attacked by hitmen. While developing his romantic storyline with Loid, Yor is obliged to protect the two ladies from the said attack, in episode 3.
Spy x Family season 2: What happened till now?
Anya is seen in the first piece of Spy x Family season 2 episode 2, ‘Bond’s Strategy To Stay Alive’, chasing Bond away so that she could focus on her studies. The rest of the episode revolves around Bond and his ability to foresee the future. Bond contemplates Yor’s fatal cooking as he struggles to fetch Loid to save him from the mishap. The piece finally ends with Loid’s promise to Bond to go to the supermarket.
In the next piece, titled ‘Damian’s Field Research Trip’, Damian is the primary focus. Henderson punishes him to stay in his room for the entire day as he wakes up late for the roll call. His friends are well aware of his hard work and continuous studying. However, they end up fooling around and involving Damian with them.
Henderson, however, recognizes how his friends are affectionate to Damian as he observes them from a distance. Soon, he assigns them a field research trip with Mr. Green. They discuss Damian’s aspiration of becoming a politician like his father, for which he must study and work hard. The episode ends with Damian falling sick with a cold.
Fans seemed elated about Bond and Damian getting their deserved screen time in this episode.

Spy x Family season 2 will have 12 episodes in total. Episode 3, like the previous episodes, will be aired on TV Tokyo in Japan, while international fans can watch it on Crunchyroll and Muse Asia.
