For international audiences, Crunchyroll is simulcasting the series. The episode with English subtitles will be out an hour and a half after it airs in Japan. In the United States, that would be at the following times:

Hell’s Paradise Episode 2 Recap
Sagiri remembers her childhood and past growing up to train as an executioner. However, she still feels fear and doubt about killing. The 30 criminals are grouped for an audience with the shogun. A man explains to them that they must look for the Elixir of Life in Paradise, and whoever finds it will receive an official pardon. They warn them about possible dangers on the island by showing a corpse with flowers blooming out of it.
The criminals will also be assigned monitors, who are executioners from the Yamada Asaemon. Before going to the island, they ask the criminals to reduce their numbers. The criminals then engage in a killing spree. Meanwhile, Eizen tells Sagiri that she’s not cut out for the job. Some criminals target Sagiri, and she kills them despite feeling fear. Meanwhile, Gabimaru asks the shogun if there’s another way because he doesn’t approve of the pointless killing.
Someone tries to attack him, and Gabimaru is bummed to be left with no choice but to kill with his bare hands. Sagiri wonders if what she needed was the resolve to be able to handle the burden of her fear and the lives she took. After the killing spree, the expedition begins with ten people.
