Tokio argues with Kuku over the drawing Kona gave. Kiruko finally wakes up and notices the monster, Hiruko, appear. Kiruko and Maru hunt for it and see the innkeeper telling them to get back inside. However, Kiruko and Maru continue hunting the monster, which attacks them. As Kiruko tries to shoot the monster again, the innkeeper stops her and asks them to stop attacking because the Hiruko is her son. Kiruko decides to stop attacking. However, the monster suddenly kills the innkeeper. Maru makes a move to kill the Hiruko with a special ability. After that, Kiruko and Maru decide to travel to Tomato Heaven using a raft.
They end up at Kusakabe Farm. Maru explains what he’s supposed to do once he finds the person with the same face as him, which is injecting them with a drug that will supposedly make them get better. The villagers take them to their leader, Kusakabe, and they take Maru and Kiruko in. Kiruko asks if they’re in Tomato Heaven, and they say the farm used to grow tomatoes, but now they can grow various crops.
A man sees Kiruko and says she’s Kiriko Takehaya, a racer. He shows a photo, and Maru notices they look the same, but Maru tells the man he’s got the wrong person. As the man leaves, Maru sees a symbol on one of the boxes that looks like the one on Kiruko’s gun. Kiruko and Maru decide to head back to Tokyo. Suddenly, Maru confesses to Kiruko. However, Kiruko claims to be a man after saying they have a man’s brain in a woman’s body.
