One Piece Episode 1034’s release date in the United States is Saturday, September 24. The episode will air in Japan on Sunday, September 25, at 9:30 a.m. JST.
Crunchyroll is simulcasting the series. The episode with English subtitles will be available an hour and a half after it airs in Japan. In the U.S., the release schedule on Saturday would be:

One Piece Episode 1033 Recap
While Sanji is running to find Momonosuke, he sees Kid beat up some of Kaido’s henchmen. After that, Law, Zoro, and Zeus appear. Law asks Sanji to take care of Zoro. Sanji tends to Zoro’s wounds in a hidden room. While on the move, Sanji bumps into Kawamatsu and Izo. Kawamatsu offers their assistance to Sanji, who’s hoping to go to Momonosuke. Although, Kawamatsu says Kinemon is going to Momonosuke. Zoro tells them to go to the Performance Floor instead. On the rooftop, Kaido and Luffy continue to clash. Luffy continues to fight despite getting hit multiple times by Kaido. Kaido briefly talks about how being the strongest is boring. He also tells Luffy to give up, believing he can’t change anything. However, Luffy insists that Wano will be free.
Elsewhere, Usopp tells Nami they need to escape. Nami refuses, especially since Ulti hit Otama. She attacks Ulti’s subordinates. However, Ulti catches her. Ulti says she’ll beat Nami, Usopp, and even Big Mom. Big Mom is also angry since Ulti attacked Otama. Before Ulti could attack Nami, Big Mom shoots her with a cannon attack. After that, Nami and Usopp escape with Otama. Prometheus and Napoleon praise Hera, commending their teamwork. They also insult Zeus, who was watching from a hidden corner. Big Mom tells him she doesn’t need him anymore.
Back on the rooftop, Luffy continues attacking Kaido. However, Kaido’s attacks are still stronger. Either way, Luffy continues smiling, refusing to give up. Kaido laughs, and the two carry on with their intense battle. As Kaido was about to raise his weapon, he stopped. He talks about how humans refuse to give up hope. At that moment, he realizes he should’ve taken Luffy’s head so Luffy’s allies will stop hoping for his victory. Meanwhile, Luffy is falling from Onigashima, unconscious.
