As the situation on the rooftop changes, Law takes everyone elsewhere with him. Kaido and Luffy are left behind, and the clash between the two Conqueror’s Haki continues. Meanwhile, Momonosuke senses Luffy’s presence. Along with Shinobu and Yamato, they continue to hide from Kaido’s subordinates. Kinemon calls Shinobu and warns them about Kanjuro. Somewhere else in the castle, Otama’s group is still running away from Page One. Nami and Usopp attempt multiple attacks to get Page One off their track.
Otama gets emotional because she wants to be helpful to everyone. Nami promises Otama that she and Usopp will protect her. Nami and Usopp have a new sense of determination, and Usopp attacks Page One again. However, they can’t seem to get rid of Page One completely. While escaping, they run into Big Mom. Nami and Usopp are scared senseless upon bumping into her, but Big Mom’s demeanor changes when Otama greets her. Otama and Big Mom catch up, and Big Mom goes into Mother Mode.
The two have a happy reunion. Big Mom asks about Tsuru and Okobore Town, which makes Otama sad. Otama updates her about what happened — Okobore Town is gone. The residents took the fall for the samurai. With that, Kaido’s subordinates burned down the whole town. Hearing the news made Big Mom furious since she was grateful for the people in Okobore Town. Shortly after, Page One catches up to them. Otama tells Big Mom that Page One is about to attack them, and Big Mom punches Page One. Meanwhile, Ulti witnesses Big Mom’s attack and becomes enraged.
