Crunchyroll has announced that they will be distributing the newly-announced anime Trigun Stampede, which is set to release in 2023.

Produced by Orange, the studio behind series like Beastars and Godzilla Singular Point, the new Trigun anime will be simulcasted on Crunchyroll across 200 countries and territories worldwide.
Details are currently scarce on Trigun Stampede, but the official website for the series does feature an image to represent the show, which you can see below. Further information on the upcoming series will be revealed at Anime Expo in Los Angeles during a panel hosted by Crunchyroll on July 2. The author of the original Trigun manga, Yasuhiro Nightow, will be at the panel with the producers of Stampede.

“Trigun is a popular action manga series by Yasuhiro Nightow that follows the story of Vash the Stampede, a legendary gunman and a pacifist with a bounty on his head,” reads the original series’ synopsis. “Its original 1998 anime series, Trigun, and a 2010 feature film, Trigun: Badlands Rumble, achieved global popularity and inspired many creators.”
