Fans looking to catch up on the latest happenings in the world of Demon Slayer got some good news on Wednesday, as Funimation announced that two additional omnibus episodes will be coming to the service.

Two new specials, Demon Slayer: Asakusa Arc and Demon Slayer: Tsuzumi Mansion Arc, will recap the events from their respective arcs when it arrives on Funimation on October 7. This gives fans the chance to get caught up on just what happened in the universe before Demon Slayer‘s Mugen Train Arc begins over the weekend.
The arc also aims to connect the Unwavering Resolve Arc with the upcoming Entertainment District Arc. It will also feature a never-before-seen original episode of Kyojuro Rengoku taking on a new mission on the way to the Mugen Train.

The film Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- The Movie: Mugen Train is directed by Haruo Sotozaki. Aniplex of America and Funimation handled distribution of the film for Australia, North America, the United Kingdom, and Australia. Demon Slayer began as a manga series written and illustrated by Koyoharu Gotouge. It was serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump from February 2016 to May 2020.
