The first trailer has been revealed for the upcoming Masaomi Ando project Gyakuten Sekai no Denchi Shojo, now subtitled Rumble Garanndoll. The first bit of its cast has also been announced.

Set in 2029, an interdimensional rift has opened, with its invaders taking over Japan as we know it. Now named Genkoku Nippon, its citizens are under the scrutiny of Shinkoku Nippon. Despite that, a small group known as Arahabaki fights to preserve the things they love including anime, manga, and video games.

Here is the current cast list and the roles they will play:
- Seiichirō Yamashita as Hosomichi Kudō
- Ai Fairouz as Rin Akagi
- Aina Suzuki as Yuki Aoba
- Shiori Izawa as Misa Kuroki

Gyakuten Sekai no Denchi Shojo will be directed by Ando, who is known for their work on Scum’s Wish and Toilet-Bound Hanako-kun, and will hail from animation studio Lerche. Makoto Uezu (Scum’s Wish) will compose the anime. Akio Watanabe (Monogatari) will serve as the original character designer while Keiko Kurosawa (Scum’s Wish, Astra Lost in Space) will take the anime character designer role. EGG FIRM is producing the upcoming project.
