NBC has announced two new hosts for season 44 of Saturday Night Live this October, with Awkwafina (Crazy Rich Asians) and Seth Meyers (Late Night) pulling hosting duties on October 6th and October 13th, respectively.
Travis Scott will make his SNL debut as the musical guest during Awkwafina’s show, who scored big with audiences in both Crazy Rich Asians and Ocean’s 8 this year. Meanwhile, Paul Simon returns to the stage (on his birthday) for the 15th time during Meyer’s turn at hosting — his first since he left the show after 13 seasons as head writer and Weekend Update host, among many other duties there. He currently hosts the Emmy-nominated Late Night with Seth Meyers weeknights on NBC.

SNL was a big hit at the Emmys, winning the award for Best Variety Show and seeing former cast members John Mulaney (Kid Gorgeous at Radio City) and Bill Hader (Barry) pick up writing and acting trophies.
Saturday Night Live is produced in association with Broadway Video. The creator and executive producer is Lorne Michaels.
