The Universal Soldiers are back in Universal Soldier: Day of Reckoning, the sequel to 2009’s Universal Soldier: Regeneration with Jean-Claude Van Damme, Dolph Lundgren and Andrei “The Pit Bull” Arlovski all reprising their characters.
Once again directed by John Hyams, this one stars Scott Adkins (last seen in The Expendables 2) as a man named John, who wakes up from a coma after a home invasion that kills his wife and daughter, vowing to kill the man responsible, which just so happens to be Van Damme’s Luc Deveraux who has a number of his enhanced universal soldiers to keep John away from him.
Magnolia Pictures has supplied ComingSoon.net with an exclusive extended clip of one of the movie’s big action sequences as John chases after Arlovski’s character after one of their many fights. You can watch it in the video player below.
Universal Soldier: Day of Reckoning is now available via Video on Demand and unlike “Regeneration,” it will be receiving a theatrical release in select cities on Friday, November 30.
