Dominic Cooper is in negotiations to star in Motor City, Variety reports.
The revenge thriller is being developed through Dark Castle and Warner Bros. with Albert Hughes attached to direct. The plot sees ex-convict tracking down those that framed him to get revenge.
Cooper appeared this summer in both Captain America: The First Avenger and The Devil’s Double and has a role coming up in Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter.
