Bradley Cooper (“The Hangover” films, The A-Team) is in early talks to play Lucifer in Legendary Pictures’ Paradise Lost, reports Variety.
The film, to be directed by Alex Proyas, is an adaptation of John Milton’s 17th-century English poem. Paradise Lost is about the epic war in heaven between archangels Michael and Lucifer.
The trade adds that an offer has not been made, but that Cooper is eager to take the part.
Legendary’s Thomas Tull and Jon Jashni are producing with Vincent Newman.
