FOX has released a new teaser for the upcoming series, and there’s mystery abound. A crashed object the military cautiously approaches (a period-looking troop); bloody, dragged bodies; medical experiments; Mulder’s poster getting stomped. Get speculating.
The X-Files will premiere Sunday, January 24th following the NFC Championship Game at 10 p.m., and then settling into its regular timeslot on Mondays at 8 p.m. thereafter. The X-Files creator Chris Carter returns to the series alongside stars Gillian Anderson and David Duchovny. Recently, Mitch Pileggi confirmed his return as Assistant Director Walter Skinner, while Duchovny announced William B. Davis would reprise his role as The Smoking Man.
