[REC] 4: Apocalypse (dir. Jaume Balaguero)
Director Jaume Balaguero closes out the beloved [REC] series with a lean action-thriller that finds Angela Vidal battling the virus—and possessed monkeys—on a freighter. Pulpy and bloody, but not enough when compared to the heights of its predecessors.

Zombeavers (dir. Jordan Rubin)
In its first half, Zombeavers bucks expectation a bit as a knowing, fun bit of zombie aquatic rodent shlock. Unfortunately, the momentum dies out and it becomes exactly what you thought. Still, a movie called Zombeavers being exactly what you thought might be exactly what you want.

A brisk erotic thriller from director Mathieu Amalric, The Blue Room is based on a novel by essential French crime writer Georges Simenon. In the film, Amalric "stars as Julien, a middle-aged salesman embroiled in a steamy love affair with a married woman who, after a round of kinky sex, makes a startling suggestion. Suddenly Julien is caught up in a police investigation—but just what exactly happened?"
