Well, this looks a lot more promising than the crop of Amazon shows we were asked to vote on last year (cough, Zombieland cough). Currently up on Amazon for free is the pilot episode to Hysteria, a proposed new series starring Mena Suvari. You know the drill, if you watch it, you vote on it and then Amazon decides whether to take it to series or not.
In Hysteria, “a haunted young doctor who is summoned back to her hometown to investigate an epidemic that may be linked to social media – and her own tragic past.” Josh Stewart (The Hunted) and James McDaniel (Orange is the New Black) co-star. Shaun Cassidy scripted the pilot; his credits include American Gothic, Invasion and Blue Bloods.
