Following Sunday’s news that Jordana Brewster will join the cast of the upcoming “Dallas” series comes studio confirmation that Josh Henderson (“Desperate Housewives”) will be part of the TNT show as well.
Written by Cynthia Cidre and Warner Horizon, the new show “centers on feuding cousins John Ross and Christopher, the offspring of brothers J.R. and Bobby Ewing, as they clash over the future of the Ewing dynasty.”
According to the official reports, Josh Henderson will play John Ross and Brewster, Elena, who is involved in a love triangle between John Ross and Christopher (whose casting is still unnannounced).
Original stars Larry Hagman, Patrick Duffy and Linda Gray are set for the series as well, reprising their original roles from the long-running (1978-1991) show.
