Leading man negotiating contract
If Michael C. Hall and Showtime don’t settle on a contract, this could be the end of Dexter.
Variety reports Showtime has made its offer: A commitment to at least one more season (but they’re hopeful for two), a $20 million per year salary and a bit of time to work on outside projects. But the actor is dragging his feet and Showtime is apparently in no mood to negotiate a higher price with him.
Season six might be Dexter‘s last if the contract discussions fail, leaving Showtime without its hit show.
