He joins Charlie Hunnam, Idris Elba, Charlie Day, Willem Dafoe, Rinko Kikuchi, Max Martini, Rob Kazinsky and Clifton Collins Jr.
Guillermo del Toro is directing the film for Legendary Pictures which doesn’t hit until July 12, 2013.
The film concerns giant creatures threatening the world and a human resistance group that develops equally large robots to take the beasts down.
