Going direct to DVD
Over a year has past since we last reported on Exit 33, the film starring Kane Hodder.
Shot in Michigan under the direction of Norman Koza, the film is hitting DVD from Breaking Glass Pictures on August 2. Here’s a synopsis, along with the trailer, which we presented to you in March 2010.
A few miles off Exit 33 lies Ikeâs Last Chance Gas, an old, forgotten hideaway where Ike pumps gas and practices his taxidermy skills. Though Ike might come across as a simple soul, he has a dark secret: heâs obsessed with women who have enchanting eyes â eyes he wants to keep for himself. Now, as four friends make their way to their 5-year high school reunion, they all make the mistake of taking Exit 33, and they wonât be making it back to the highway any time soon.
Starring the infamous Kane Hodder (Jason Vorhees of the Friday the 13th series), Exit 33 is a no holds barred gorefest that dares viewers to shield their eyes. With its unrelenting suspense and biting humor, itâs a bloody throwback to slasher classics that will satisfy any horror fanâs bloodlust.
