Limited theatrical run planned
The Alex Stapleton-directed documentary Corman’s World: Exploits Of A Hollywood Rebel has found distribution.
Anchor Bay recently acquired the project, says Screen Daily. The company aims to get it in theaters later this summer.
In the works for quite some time, Corman’s World chronicles the rise of legendary filmmaker Roger Corman. Stapleton landed interviews with those Corman helped put on the Hollywood map, including Jack Nicholson and Martin Scorsese, and those he influenced, like Eli Roth.
Gregory Locklear co-script the doc.
