He’ll play King’s gunslinger
Well, it appears Javier Bardem will be Roland Deschain on the big screen.
Deadline reports the very talented actor (no doubt about that) is “sealing his deal” to star in The Dark Tower series, an endeavor director Ron Howard is spearheading. The series will span three feature films and a television series. Akiva Goldsman will script.
Bardem recently garnered critical praise for his turn in Biutiful. What do you think – is he the right man for the role?
