Control Ash and blast Deadites
Sam Raimi and Rob Tapert of Ghost House are going to bleed the Evil Dead property just a little bit more.
The Hollywood Reporter says Trigger Apps is working with the two to bring an Evil Dead shooter to the iPad and iPhone for $4.99 and $2.99, respectively.
“”Sam, Bruce and I have always been interested in finding ways to bring our 1980’s Evil Dead into the digital age,” Tapert told THR. “And taking this first step with Trigger has been a great experience.”
Players will wade through 30 levels in two chapters. The first chapter stays close to the original film, while the second chapter presents an all-new story.
Apple still needs to approve the game before release.
