So, over the weekend, Laurie Holden dropped the news that Frank Darabont and his team were in discussions with Stephen King to pen an episode of The Walking Dead.
King himself confirmed this to Entertainment Weekly and added that the deal is still being worked out, however, if he does take on an episode, he’ll do so with Joe Hill.
Hill is King’s kid, himself an author who penned “Heart-Shaped Box” and “Horns.”
The two collaborated on a short story together called “Throttle” for a recently-published Richard Matheson collection.
