Paramount Insurge has acquired the latest picture from the director of Stay Alive. Yes, that movie from 2006 about the killer video game.
Although it’s being announced as an “untitled horror film,” the acquired project was shot under the title The Devil Inside and directed by William Brent Bell who reunited with Stay Alive co-writer Matthew Peterman on scripting duties.
Fernanda Andrade, Simon Quarterman, Evan Helmuth and Suzan Crowley star.
The story concerns a woman accused of killing three religious figures.
Paramount Insurge was created not long ago, after the success of Paranormal Activity, to shepherd small indie fare.
