Based on Joe Hill’s comic book series
Joining Miranda Otta in the television adaptation of Joe Hill’s comic book series Locke and Key is actress Sarah Bolger.
She’ll be playing one of Otto’s children, Kinsey.
Bolder just wrapped The Moth Diaries, by Mary Harron, and, a unique bit of trivia, she voiced the character Eleanor Lamb in the video game Bioshock 2. She also starred in The Spiderwick Chronicles.
Locke and Key is set against the backdrop of a creepy mansion in Lovecraft, Massachusetts where three children discover doors that take them to different places, give them powers and even alter gender and skin color. Behind one door is a dangerously violent creature.
Mark Romanek is directing the pilot for Fox.
