It’s not groundbreaking news, by any means – since all previous updates have been pointing to this – but Deadline is reporting Dark Shadows is now gearing up to start production next April.
Originally, a January start was planned but scheduling has been difficult.
Nevertheless, shooting will begin next spring based on a recent script by Seth Grahame-Smith (Pride and Prejudice and Zombies). Tim Burton will direct and Johnny Depp will play Barnabas Collins.
