The True Blood star & writer/director of the Australian thriller
Best known as Jason Stackhouse on HBO’s True Blood, Ryan Kwanten takes the lead in the genre-bending Red Hill as Australian police office Shane Cooper who, reassigned to a remote country town, finds himself up against a revenge-driven killer. Equal parts thriller, Western, action and slasher film, Red Hill is set to hit theaters this Friday, November.
Shock Till You Drop had the chance to sit and chat with Kwanten and writer/director Patrick Hughes about their aim with the film and what it took to bring the stylish tale to the big screen.
