Agency snatches up rights
Famous horror comic titles “Creepy” and “Eerie” are hitting the Hollywood scene.
Agency ICM is now repping New Comic Llc. who own the rights to both properties. Now the game plan is to exploit the shit out of them through movies, television projects and online ventures.
“Creepy” and “Eerie” were comic ‘zines born in the ’60s under Warren Publishing. Both were hosted by ghoulish characters, Uncle Creepy and Cousin Eerie, respectively, and told myriad tales of the macabre.
We’ll keep you posted as ICM takes the properties out to various production entities.
