Adapting the Radical graphic novel
Sam Raimi has signed on for Earp: Saints and Sinners, a futuristic retelling of the famous gunfight at the O.K. Corral, reports Heat Vision. The film will be based on the recently released graphic novel by Radical Publishing and is being developed at DreamWorks with Matt Cirulnick, one of the original creators of the property, working on the first draft.

Radical president Barry Levine and Josh Donen, Raimi’s partner at Star Road Entertainment, are producing. Manpearl, Cirulnick and Radical’s Jesse Berger are executive producing, and DreamWorks’ Mark Sourian and Jonathan Elrich will oversee.
