Lake Bell is in talks to star in Scream 4. She’ll co-star with returning cast members Neve Campbell, Courteney Cox, David Arquette
According to Heat Vision Ashley Greene, Hayden Panettiere (“Heroes”) and Rory Culkin are circling key starring roles.
The fourth film in the franchise reunites director Wes Craven, screenwriter Kevin Williamson. Dimension Films is targeting a July start date in Michigan for an April 15, 2011 release.
If the deals are made, Greene would play Campbell’s cousin Jill, and Panettiere would play her best friend, a nerdy film geek. Culkin would play a potential love interest for Jill.
Bell is negotiating to play a police officer who knew Sidney (Campbell) from high school.
