Magnet Releasing, purveyors of unusual cinema, have acquired Quentin Dupieux’s Rubber. This is the first time the film’s getting coverage on the site, so here’s the lowdown. Ready? The film concerns a tire named Robert that goes on a killing spree, Scanners-style (it uses telepathic abilities), after seeing its fellow tires burning in a pile.
