Burton didn’t have to look far
Author Seth Grahame-Smith’s “Abe Lincoln: Vampire Hunter” wasn’t on the book scene long before it was plucked by producer Tim Burton for a cinematic adaptation. But who’s going to write it?
Grahame-Smith says those duties fall on his shoulders. “I’m actually writing the screenplay for him and a couple of other producers, so thatâs what I’m in the middle of right now.”
Set during the Civil War, Grahame-Smith’s story posits: What if Abraham Lincoln was a vampire slayer? He talks more about the book, released earlier this month, right here.
