Pegg says nope
Update: Simon Pegg, rumor-debunker master, says Cohen is not in the film. Furthermore the pics are not even of Cohen! “Today, The Sun newspaper mistakes French cinema wunderkind Romain Gravas for Sasha Baron Cohen. Talk about a high brow gaff!! (wipes eyes).”
It’s possible. Plenty of photos from the set John Landis’ black horror-comedy Burke and Hare have been surfacing online. Including images of the leads Simon Pegg and Andy Serkis. Recently, however, there’s been some speculation as to whether Sasch Baron Cohen (Borat, Sweeney Todd) is making a cameo. You see, the actor visited the set to spend time with his lady Isla Fisher (who co-stars). Just Jared’s photo gallery makes it look like Cohen’s in costume, or is that just the outfit he picked out for the day?
