Joins Kristin Scott Thomas in novel based thriller
Ethan Hawke (Daybreakers) and Kristin Scott Thomas are set to star in the indie flick The Woman in the Fifth directed by Pawel Pawlikowski and based upon the original novel by Douglas Kennedy.
The thriller revolves around an American who has fled to Paris in the wake of a scandal that cost him his job as a film lecturer at a small university. He takes up with a widow who might be involved in a series of murders.
Haut et Court is producing, while Film4 is co-financing. Memento Films is handling international sales.
Shooting is set to begin in March in Paris.
