The Entertainment Capital of L.A. is certainly living up to its name with its newest addition⦠âCreature From The Black Lagoon â A Raging Rockinâ Showâ!
On behalf of Universal Studios Hollywood, I am very excited to share with you that âCreature From The Black Lagoon â A Raging Rockinâ Showâ will debut on July 1, 2009! The hip, musical stage adaptation of the Universal horror classic movie boasts an all-original score, acrobatic choreography and dazzling Broadway-level production values thanks to an award-winning theatrical production team.
From the showâs first moments, audiences will be completely enveloped by the exotic sounds and menacing feel of the Amazon jungle. The 25-ft. Creature and signature Rita ship measuring 18.5 feet in length x 8.5 feet in width x 16 feet in height, along with the elaborate state-of-the-art special effects, surround sound, and detailed set pieces, will wow audiences. This unexpectedly outrageous, bizarrely romantic, melodic and often outlandishly comic adventure will leave guests of all ages quite entertained!
