Avary on board to direct now?
Radha Mitchell says she hasn’t heard much about Silent Hill 2. Brett Easton Ellis (“American Psycho”) says it’s not only happening but Silent Hill scripter Roger Avary is doing it. His soundbyte in this interview is merely – “He’s going to be shooting Silent Hill 2.” – but that’s the most we’ve heard on progress for some time. Just how informed is Ellis, screenwriter of The Informers, about the project? We’ll soon find out. Hopefully Avary will break his silence and talk about the sequel soon.
